Hence, to apply any sort of statistical measure to the equations to start to estimate a population mean, you will need to conduct this experiment at least 3 times, and probably more than 5. You may get an increase in precision by concatenating samples, but your n value for those variables drops from 5 to 1, and n=1 isn't going to be very convincing.
